Initial Setup:

1. Charge the device fully before first use (minimum of 4 hours).

2. Read the user manual carefully and ensure you are familiar with basic dental procedures such as restoration, treatment, and whitening.

Assembly:

1. Remove the red cap from the optical fiber.

2. Insert the metal end of the fiber into the front of the main unit and secure it firmly.

3. Attach the light hood to the bottom of the optical fiber.

Mode Selection:

• Press the mode button to select one of the following modes:

  • Full Power Mode – Continuous high-intensity blue light.

  • Ramping Mode – Gradual increase in light intensity, reaching peak power after 5 seconds.

  • Pulse Mode – Emits blue light in pulses for controlled exposure.

Time Settings:

• Press the time button to select the curing duration:

  • Available durations: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 seconds.

  • Intensity output:

    • 5 seconds: 1500–1700 mW/cm² (higher intensity).

    • 10–40 seconds: 1000–1200 mW/cm² (standard intensity).

Operation:

• Aim the optical fiber at the treatment area.

• Press the power button to begin curing.

• To stop at any time, press the power button again.

Battery & Charging:

• The device has a battery detection system. If the battery is low, the indicator will blink.

• Charge promptly to maintain performance.

Auto Shut-Off:

• The unit will automatically power down after 2 minutes of inactivity.

• Press any button to restart.

Maintenance:

• After use, clean the optical fiber with a soft cloth (calico) to remove any resin residue.

Safety Precautions:

• The curing light emits high-intensity blue light.

• Avoid direct eye exposure. Always use protective eyewear for both operator and patient.

1. This product is covered by a 5-year warranty on the PCB (Power Circuit Board) from the date of invoice.

2. A 12-month warranty applies to all other parts of the product, excluding any physical damage.

3. All service and warranty-related issues are handled directly by the manufacturer/importer.
