Refund policy

How will I get my refund?

For prepaid orders, you can get your refund directly into the account through which you made the transaction. Otherwise, you may share a copy of the cancelled cheque or bank statement and we will process the refund via NEFT/ IMPS in 3-5 business days after verifying your details.

Shippping and Return charges will be deducted from refunded ampunt.

For COD orders - Share your bank details on info@oralhealthcart.com with your order details. Please note that bank transfer/prepaid refund takes 5-7 business days as per RBI guidelines.

For Delivered Orders - No Returns & Refunds are allowed once the package is opened.

When will I get my refund?

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will do a quality check after the product is approved the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
