Power Supply Requirements

• Ensure the input voltage is within 220–240V~, 50/60Hz, 150mA.

• Connect the main unit to a 24V~, 50/60Hz, 1.3A power source.

 Setup & Pre-Treatment Protocol

1. Handpiece Installation:

   • Securely attach the handpiece to the unit.

   • Ensure it is detachable for autoclaving.

2. Sterilization (Before Use):

   • Autoclave the following items:

     • Handpiece

     • Scaling tip

     • Torque wrench

     • Endo wrench

     • Endochuck

   • Follow recommended autoclaving methods (135°C, 0.22MPa).

3. Tip Installation:

   • Use the torque wrench to screw the scaling tip onto the handpiece in the specified direction.

 Treatment Operation

• Water Flow:

  • Ensure continuous water flow during operation to:

    • Cool the scaling tip

    • Maintain efficiency

• Operating Mode:

  • Use the scaler in continuous mode.

  • Adjust power gradually based on treatment requirements.

 Post-Treatment Protocol

1. Handpiece Care:

   • Unscrew and remove the scaling tip and endo chuck.

   • Sterilize the handpiece separately.

   • Allow it to cool naturally before reuse (to prevent scalding).

2. Sterilization Guidelines:

   • Use sterile gauze or sterilization pouches for packaging.

   • Do not use:

     • Boiling water

     • Iodine

     • Alcohol

     • Chemical disinfectors

 Routine Maintenance

• Handpiece Check:

  • Inspect regularly for damage or wear.

  • Lubricate “O” rings with dental-grade lubricant.

• Connector & Cable:

  • Keep both the connector and cable socket dry and clean.

• Daily Cleaning:

  • Wipe down the scaler before and after each use.

  • Maintain strict hygiene for optimal performance and infection control.

• Physical damage is not covered under any circumstances
