Ensure the scanner is connected to a power source and press the power button to turn it on.

Position the phosphor plate according to the area to be scanned; instruct the patient to bite gently if required.

Launch the Woodpecker scanner software on your PC, select the patient’s details, configure settings, and click "Start Scan".

The scanner will emit radiation and begin capturing the X-ray image—wait for the process to complete.

Once scanning is complete, the image will appear on the software interface.

Review the image for clarity and diagnostic quality.

Save the image if acceptable, or discard and repeat the scan if needed.

Gently remove the phosphor plate from the patient’s mouth, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Use the software tools to enhance, analyze, and annotate the image as needed.

Save the final image to the patient’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) or designated storage system.

Shut down the scanner and PC properly, and disconnect the scanner from the power source.

Clean and disinfect scanner components regularly, and store phosphor plates properly to maintain image quality and hygiene.

This product comes with a 1-year warranty, as applicable, provided by the Manufacturer/Importer.

Warranty does not cover any physical damage to the product.

All warranty claims and service requests must be directed to the Manufacturer/Importer.
