Prepare the Patient:

2. Approach the patient's mouth and place the curved, pointed tip of the elevator beneath the gumline, next to the targeted tooth.

Apply Controlled Force:

1. Use controlled and gentle force to luxate (loosen) the tooth from the socket. Begin with slight pressure, gradually increasing as needed.
2. Apply pressure in a rocking motion, alternating between the buccal (cheek side) and lingual (tongue side) aspects of the tooth.

Monitor Progress:

1. Continuously assess the tooth's mobility and ease of movement.
2. If you encounter resistance or the tooth does not respond to initial attempts, consider additional anesthesia or reevaluating your approach.

Complete Extraction:

1. Once the tooth is sufficiently loosened and mobile, carefully elevate it from the socket using the elevator.
2. Avoid using excessive force to prevent damage to surrounding tissues.
