 1. Preparation

• Place the autoclave on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated environment.

• Ensure the water reservoir is filled to the recommended level using only distilled or demineralized water.

• Check that the chamber and trays are clean and free from residue or debris.

 2. Loading Instruments

• Arrange cleaned and dried instruments on the trays, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow optimal steam penetration.

• Avoid stacking or overlapping instruments to ensure effective sterilization.

 3. Selecting a Program

• Use the touch-button control panel to choose the appropriate Class B sterilization cycle based on the instrument type and material (e.g., solid, hollow, porous).

• Refer to manufacturer guidelines or regulatory requirements for correct program selection.

 4. Adjusting Drying Time (Optional)

• If needed, modify the drying time via the control panel to suit your instruments or workload.

• Ensure residual moisture is minimized for safe storage.

 5. Starting the Sterilization Cycle

• Securely close the chamber door. Double-check the door lock indicators.

• Press Start to begin the sterilization cycle. The system will automatically manage heating, pressurization, and steam release.

 6. Monitoring the Process

• Monitor the LCD display panel for real-time data on:

  • Temperature

  • Pressure

  • Sterilization phase progress

• Do not interrupt the cycle unless in emergency situations.

 7. Completion and Cooling

• Upon completion, the autoclave will enter a cooling phase automatically.

• Wait for the internal pressure to reach zero before attempting to open the chamber.

 8. Safe Opening

• Once cooled, carefully unlock and open the chamber.

• Use caution to avoid exposure to residual steam.

• Wear heat-resistant or sterilized gloves when handling trays.

 9. Unloading and Storage

• Remove sterilized instruments and place them in a clean, contamination-free area.

• Avoid immediate use or packaging while items are still warm.

 10. Documentation (If Applicable)

• Use the built-in USB module to download and store sterilization cycle data.

• Maintain records for compliance, audits, and traceability.

 11. Post-Use Maintenance

• After each cycle:

  • Wipe down the chamber and trays

  • Check and empty the waste water tank

  • Refill clean water reservoir if needed

• Perform routine maintenance as per the user manual (e.g., filter cleaning, gasket checks).

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Duration: 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
