Coltene President The Original is an A-silicone based dental impression material.
Being a polyvinylsiloxane and silicone elastomer material, it has an excellent combination of physical properties: strength, hardness, elasticity, dimensional stability and the ability to record the smallest detail. Furthermore, being polyvinylsiloxanes it has excellent biological compatibility.
This addition silicone is indicated for:
- Preliminary impression in correction technique.
- Transfer impressions in the double mix technique.
- Impressions for study models, orthodontic models, matrices.
This Coltene putty mixes quickly and easily thanks to the compatible consistencies of the base and catalyst. The President Putty Super Soft working time is ideal since the permanence in the mouth is only 3 min, and after taking the impression the model is manufactured with maximum precision.
